Due to a cause of “Force Majeure” the last meeting of the consortium and the international multiplier event scheduled for July 2021 have been postponed until the health situation allows them to be carried out with sufficient guarantee. Therefore, they are held in September 2021.
All teams arrive in Brussels the day before, so that the planned activities can be carried out on Thursday morning. Early in the morning there is a meeting between the Italian team and the project coordinator on the one side, with the Italian representatives from the Emilia-Romagna region in Brussels on the other. We visit the Museum of the History of Europe and the entire area of the Parliament. Subsequently, a meeting is held to disseminate the intellectual results of the “Inclus-4-All” project and create cooperation ties between the Italian partner and its representatives in Brussels for future collaborations. Likewise, these collaboration ties are extended through the coordinator to the rest of the consortium teams.
In the afternoon, the last project coordination meeting takes place in the Permanent Office of Navarra to the EU. Rue De Pascale, 16. Brussels.
A general review is made of the degree of compliance of all the commitments acquired for the development of the project, as well as the supporting documentation that may be demanded by the National Agency (SEPIE).
While the people who coordinate each partner team carry out the administrative justification management, the rest of the staff moves to a nearby building to prepare the international multiplier event that will be held the next day, which serves as the culmination of the project. The staff of the Navarra teams assumes the responsibility of conducting and broadcasting them live and in streaming via YouTube. To do this, they prepare all the necessary equipment and carry out audio and image tests.
The international multiplier event takes place in the Permanent Office of Navarra before the EU.

In the first place, the coordinator of the project, Marivi López Gimeno, welcomes all the people who attend the multiplier event in person in Brussels and those who participate through YouTube in streaming and those who will see the recording afterwards.
Next, the Director of the Inclusion Section of the Department of Education of Navarra, Cristobal Aliaga Retabe, takes the floor emphasizing the importance of cooperating between countries to improve education systems. At the same time, it points out the importance of this project for Navarra since two of the partners are from that community and this reinforces the commitment of the Department of Education with Inclusion.
In the third place, representatives of the 4 partner teams intervene. From the Navarra Inclusion Projects Bureau, Miguel Ángel Arana Martínez contextualizes the origin of the project: the commitment to educational inclusion and the need to move towards social models that promote equity.
On behalf of the CREENA team, Imanol Etxarri García presents the intellectual products of the project: the Teaching Guide and the MOOC. He shows its main sections as well as the navigation of both products.
The following intervention is carried out by the team of the Comprehensive Institute of Modena (IC1). Flavia Fabozzi, coordinator of the project in Italy, shares the inclusive experience “The theater as a strategy of attention to diversity” that takes place in the centers of her school group.
To end the round of the partner teams, the director of the Vilela School Group (ALV), Albino Pereira shows the data of the inclusive experience “Zero repetition” that takes place in the secondary schools of Vilela and the good results that are being obtained.
Then, the Director of the SEPIE’s School Education and Adult Education Unit, Andrés Ajo Lázaro, intervenes online, presenting the new strategy of the Erasmus + projects for the period 2021-2027 and the new opportunities that open up for all educational centers. He also points out the importance of consolidating internationalization in Spain and specifically in Navarra with projects such as the one that presents his intellectual products here.
Finally, the Head of the Erasmus Projects Sector of the European Commission, José Manuel Fernández Arroyo, emphasizes the necessary coordination between countries of the European Union to strengthen and guarantee an inclusive education that is committed to equity for social improvement. The European Commission is working to guarantee the necessary support, through grants, programs, and exchange of good practices. It highlights the work done by the “Inclus-4-All” project consortium and the quality of the intellectual products presented.
The Director of the Inclusion Section of the Department of Education of Navarra, Cristobal Aliaga Retabe closes the day of the multiplier event thanking all the people who have participated live and those who followed the broadcast of the event for their presence.
To end the working day a talk-colloquium is developed among all the people attending on site to solve doubts, share opinions, make proposals, etc. There is also a round of exchange of opinions and evaluations, both of the intellectual products and of the “Inclus-4-All” project as a whole.
