Can a teacher do more than one training course if no other teacher wants to participate?
Although it is advisable that the activities are open to all teachers at the center, if no one else is interested in carrying out a specific activity, the same teacher can participate in more than one activity.
We recommend that the person who goes from a center is not always the same.
In the duration of an activity, should we count travel days as part of the activity days?
No, the days of the activity will include the days that you are actually in the reception center doing it. Travel days will be included later, apart from activity days.

It is a trip to any center or centers in Europe, to carry out observation visits. These visits must have the objective of educational improvement in relation to Inclusion. They must provide added value to the center that participates in the mobility, to the Proeducar-Hezigarri network and to the educational system of Navarre in general.
How many days should the mobility last?
A week or two weeks.
When is mobility funding received?
Once the agreement is signed, CREENA will deposit 100% of the approved amount into the bank account of the participating teacher.
What proof of expenses must be presented?
Travel invoices and, in the case of a COURSE, an invoice from the entity that provides the training.
What documentation must be presented BEFORE mobility?

What documentation must be presented AFTER the mobility?

- Presentation in power point, google, canvas…
What disclosure requirements must be taken into account?
- Place the financing logo of the program together with the logo of the project on the website of the participating center, on the first page, visible. (It is provided from CREENA) It must be maintained, at least, throughout 2023-2024.
- Participate in the conferences, meetings or training and/or outreach events organized by CREENA to publicize the program. People who have carried out the mobilities may be required to participate as speakers.
- Sharing in the center itself the experience and learning derived from the mobility.
- Disseminate the project among students, teachers, families and the Community. Through talks, meetings with families and relevant local organizations, etc.
- Spread the program as much as possible on social media, press, etc.
- All dissemination must carry the official logo of the project. (Consortium own logo + EU logo → CREENA will provide it)
Who organizes the management of travel and stay?
Each center decides how to manage it. You can delegate the logistics procedures to the people who are going to carry out the mobility or process everything from the center itself.
Who decides the objectives pursued with mobility?
The objectives of the mobilities must be in line with one of the objectives of the accredited CREENA project (See objectives section).
What happens with the mobility of those centers that are not going to use it?
They revert to the common stock market.
Can you move to centers in Spain?
Mobilities cannot be made to other Spanish centers. The eligible countries are all.
