DENMARK
Remontival Public School, Príncipe de Viana Public School and the Educational Inspection Service went to Denmark.
They visited:
- Colegio Læringshuset, Hedehusene.
- Colegio Ole Rømer, Høje-Taastrup.
- International School Ikast-Brande.
Strenghts:
- Danish classes for students who come from abroad during the first two sessions
- Collaborative team teaching (3 teachers per group).
- Flexible groupings.
- School hallways are learning spaces
- Individual interviews with every student
- In case of conflicts, there is a fourth teacher that takes part.
- Encourage the partipation of families.
- • Respect the rhythm of each student.
